Lactalis is seeking an experienced Day Shift DC Coordinator for our Lidcombe Distribution Centre. You will oversee daily operations, including order picking, truck loading, inventory control, safety compliance and team performance, leading a small to mid-size team.

You will report to the Lidcombe DC Manager and contribute to continuous improvement, SOP development and training. A forklift licence is preferred but not essential; robust IT and leadership skills are essential for success.
