About the Role

Preference will be given to applicants who are available to work AM, PM, and night shifts.

As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Supporting mobility and protected transfers
Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
Maintaining accurate documentation




Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Preference will be given to applicants who are available to work AM, PM, and night shifts.
Passion for aged care and helping others
Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player
Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude
