Oversee residential builds from site start through to completion
Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
Manage construction timelines, quality, and safety standards
Liaise with clients, trades, and internal teams
Ensure projects remain on track and delivered to a high standard

About You
Experience supervising residential builds with a Project or Custom Home Builder
Open to early-career supervisors or experienced tradespeople ready to progress
Solid communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
