Through our installer community (AIC) and distributor network (TeamOrange), we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building deep, long-term partnerships with our retail partners and installation technicians.
The Role
We are currently seeking a Melbourne-based AIC Installer – Installation Partner Operations & Marketing Coordinator to drive the operational and marketing efforts of our installer loyalty program. In this role, you will coordinate internal stakeholders to achieve program systems, manage the formal onboarding of qualified partners, and support ongoing program engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating internal teams (including HQ)
to implement program rules, IT systems, and operational workflows
Working indirectly through sales teams and distributors, and directly with retail partners when needed, to recruit existing Aiko partners into the AIC program
Assessing the suitability of businesses and technicians for program membership
Arranging merchandise dispatch, incentives, and reward allocations for installer community and TeamOrange members
Analysing customer data to identify priority segments, trends, and prize eligibility
Collaborating with other departments (e.g., technical team) to create and improve training packages
Suggesting and executing targeted loyalty initiatives and campaigns, including driving attendance at events such as the annual sales conference
Monitoring and assessing negotiated KPIs
Ensuring ongoing customer satisfactio
