About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare’s values, policies, and qualified clinical standards.
Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
End-of-Life Care:



Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

What we’re looking for
Current AHPRA Registration (essential )
Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
Solid teamwork and collaboration skills
Friendly, skilled, and effective communication abilities
