We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a hands‑on ServiceNow qualified to support ongoing platform development, enhancement and optimisation initiatives.

This role will suit someone with solid ServiceNow development experience across ITSM who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with stakeholders and delivering scalable platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows
Support and improve ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management
Build automations using Flow Designer and platform capabilities
Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Contribute to platform optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience




Demonstrated ServiceNow Development experience
Robust background working across ITSM modules
Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
Strong Flow Designer and workflow automation experience
Integration development experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM or HRSD

We're open to candidates with strong ServiceNow development and ITSM capability who may have limited exposure to Virtual Agent. The priority is finding a high-quality developer with strong platform fundamentals who can contribute from day one.
