Uniting is seeking a qualified Quality Coordinator for Edinglassie Lodge in Penrith. This permanent part time role (Tuesday to Thursday) will see you collaborate with leaders and frontline teams to strengthen quality systems, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the home.
You will support accreditation readiness, assist with monthly data for reports, and promote a culture of continuous improvement while coaching staff and monitoring CQI actions.
