Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Brisbane, QLD, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business prospects, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market presence. Key tasks include market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts,
and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales, and market research
Skills in client relationship management and contract negotiation
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in the cannabis industry or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Renumeration & Package
This position offers a highly competitive salary with an attractive commission structure. You will have the opportunity to earn significant rewards based on your performance, with commissions tied directly to KPI’s & successful candidates seeing OTE of $160,000+.
