Job Description

We’re growing the #AAA team and looking for an Occupational Therapist based in the Port Macquarie & Taree region. Depending on your location, you’ll have the chance to work close to home.

Responsibilities
Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapy membership with AHPRA
Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability
Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team workplace
Time management & organisational skills to manage varied caseload
