Our client is a well-established global qualified services organisation, and we're partnering with them to appoint an HR Advisor for their small, close-knit HR team in the Sydney CBD.
What matters most to them isn't just the right experience, it's the right person: someone curious, driven, who takes ownership of their work and is always looking to learn and grow. Someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
You'll advise the team and managers on day-to-day employee queries, and own HR coordination, onboarding, systems and data integrity, reporting and compliance, with real HR projects along the way and the chance to improve and automate how things are done.

This will suit someone with solid generalist HR experience who enjoys the coordination and people side. You'll be looking to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of your responsibilities as part of the HR team.
Generalist HR experience and a genuine interest in building your career on the people side
Robust attention to detail, comfort with data and Excel, and an analytical, organised approach
Exposure to HR systems, and an interest in improving and automating the way things are done
Keen to grow and develop, and ready to take the next step in your HR career
