People & Culture Coordinator | Sydney CBD/ Hybrid | $45-$50 per hour Super | 12-Month Temporary Assignment An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join a collaborative HR team in a nationally focused organisation.

This role will provide operational HR support while taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities, delivering a positive experience for both candidates and employees.

You'll work closely with the People & Culture team to support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee enquiries, and HR systems management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment outcomes.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and workflows within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Respond to employee and manager enquiries through the People & Culture mailbox.
Support reporting, procurement activities, audits and broader People & Culture initiatives.




Assist with the administration of employee programs, learning activities and wellbeing initiatives.

About You
Previous experience in a HR Coordinator or similar role, ideally in the government or education sectors.
Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience using HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
A customer-focused approach and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
