Our client is seeking an experienced HR qualified to provide transition cover for approximately six weeks while the organisation recruits a permanent HR role. This is a hands-on role supporting a diverse workforce with a healthcare portfolio.
About the Role
Reporting into the People & Culture leadership team, you'll step into a true generalist HR role, partnering with leaders across a complex and geographically dispersed workforce.
Key responsibilities include
Providing practical HR advice and coaching to managers
Managing employee relations matters, performance management and investigations
Supporting workforce planning activities
Advising on policies, procedures and employment legislation
Contributing to a positive workplace culture and employee experience
Supporting compliance, WHS and broader people & culture projects
About You To be successful, you will bring:
Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar
Solid employee relations and case management capability
The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
A hands-on and adaptable approach with the ability to hit the ground running
Experience working within complex, geographically dispersed or operational environments
Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
Experience within Healthcare, not-for-profit or remote operations environments will be highly regarded. What's on Offer?
