ALH Hotels is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Coutts Commercial Hotel on Queen Street, Ayr. This hands-on role blends pub classics with creative plates locals can’t get enough of, delivering outstanding food and service to the community.
You’ll work with the Publican and FOH team, mentor kitchen staff, and drive safety, quality and profitability while strengthening the link between the kitchen and front-of-house on every shift.
