At Pearsons Florist, no two days are the same. One day you could be helping customers create the perfect bouquet in our Bondi Junction store, the next you'll be designing florals for online orders, corporate clients, events or funerals in our Stanmore Design Studio.

This is a permanent full-time position with a rotating weekend roster.
About Pearsons
Established in 1969, Pearsons Florist is a third-generation family business with over 55 years of experience. We operate our flagship Bondi Junction store, design studios in Sydney and Melbourne, and Pearsons School of Floristry.
What You'll Do
Create our signature bouquets and arrangements.
Produce florals for online orders, corporate clients, corporate events and funerals.
Assist customers in-store and provide exceptional service.
Care for and merchandise premium flowers and plants.
Work as part of a creative, supportive team.
About You
You'll have
Floristry certificate, or working towards a qualification.
Previous experience in retail, production or corporate floristry.
A robust eye for design and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
