Overview

Fragomen is looking for an experienced Immigration Lawyer/ Associate to join our growing Sydney team.

As an Immigration Lawyer/ Associate, you will have the ability to provide legal immigration advice and experience managing a caseload independently. You will demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law, regulations and policy, and ability to work on and support more senior members of the team on highly technical immigration matters.

Qualifications
At least 2 to 5 years of post‑admission experience focused on corporate immigration or non‑employer sponsored matters.
Quick learner with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Focused on client service.
Process driven with excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time‑management skills.
Accountable and able to work independently in a rapid‑paced setting with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in various systems and technology.
Effective team player with a flexible and can‑do work approach.
