About the Role The role of the Group Management Accountant assists the Chief Financial Officer in maintaining the accounts of various entities within the Paull Group to ensure timely and accurate reporting for management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with weekly and monthly cashflow reporting and accounts processes across various entities;
Preparing month-end/year-end account reconciliations including maintaining balance sheet movements and reconciliations;
Conduct month end variance analyses to explain variances against budget;
Reconciling accounts payable accurately and processing supplier payments within required timeframes;
Processing fortnightly payroll;
Processing and/or assisting with PAYG, payroll tax and BAS returns;
Processing fortnightly/monthly journal entries;
Reviewing and preparing monthly overhead reports;
Reconciling related entity accounts;




Generating and circulating weekly/monthly reports and financial statements;
Supporting various audit requirements;
Assisting with data entry and file maintenance;
Assisting with other finance-related tasks as required;

What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
Progress towards, or full, CPA/CA membership
A minimum of two years' accounting/finance experience in a corporate role
Solid analytical skills, highly focused on accuracy and attention to detail
MYOB & QuickBooks experience (essential)
Ostendo knowledge highly regarded
