We are seeking
Perishable Cargo (Reefer) Logistics & Documentation Officer
Dry Goods / Ambient Logistics & Documentation Officer

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end international shipments
Prepare and verify export documentation
Manage freight bookings and forwarding instructions
Liaise with suppliers, freight providers and customers
Review freight and supplier invoices
Monitor shipments and resolve logistics issues
Maintain accurate shipment records and reporting
Support inventory and domestic logistics activities when required

Experience we are looking for:




Experience in export documentation, freight forwarding or international logistics
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Robust communication and relationship-building abilities
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Experience in food, FMCG or perishables is highly regarded (for the Reefer role)
BSM experience is advantageous but not essential
