The Groundskeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our manufacturing facility in Brisbane. This position is essential for ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. As a permanent, full-time member of our team, you will contribute to the overall functionality and presentation of our grounds, supporting the operational excellence of our production processes.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, including lawns, gardens, and walkways.
Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting.
Ensure all outdoor areas are free from debris and hazards.
Assist in the maintenance of equipment and tools used for groundskeeping.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Qualifications:
No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of gardening and landscaping is advantageous.
Entry-level position; previous experience in groundskeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
