The award-winning Walkers Arms Hotel is looking for a Full Time Duty Manager with a bar and dining background, who is highly motivated, results driven and has a passion for customer service. Experience with accommodation and gaming is advantageous, and career progression is on offer for the right applicant.

We are searching for individuals with previous experience and who possess the following attributes:
Must have exceptional customer service, skilled attitude and presentation
Oversee daily operations across multiple areas including bar, restaurant, events, gaming, and reception/accommodation
Experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is essential
A hands-on approach with a "can do" attitude that leads by example
Robust passion for bar, food and service
Have a proven operational understanding in all facets of hotel operation




Opening and closing of the venue
Must have all relevant certificates and badges
Experience with Bepoz and accommodation booking software is considered an asset
Must be available both days and nights over a 7 day roster
