The Role

You will work across a broad range of matters, including:
Advising on commercial property acquisitions and sales
Assisting with residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects
Preparing and negotiating commercial and retail leasing documentation
Managing conveyancing matters and settlements
Conducting due diligence and supporting corporate property transactions
Working closely with developers, investors, landlords, tenants and commercial businesses
Building lasting client relationships through practical, commercial advice

About You

You will ideally have:




Experience in commercial property law gained within private practice
Exposure to property transactions, leasing or development work
