Responsibilities

Analysts will work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence, and executing investment opportunities. This is an prospect for a solid performer who has experience with financial analysis and research through other experience. The ideal candidate should possess resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting analysis across markets and industries; ability to work independently and be highly curious; good project management skills with the ability to multi-task; and solid written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
Build complex financial and valuation models
Assist in preparation of investment memorandums for the investment committee
Perform due diligence and financial analysis across a very broad range of asset classes, business types and investment types (equity / preferred equity and minority / control)
Conduct research on companies, industries, and asset classes
Conduct interviews with industry experts and management teams
Assist in the execution of transactions
Monitoring and driving further value on existing portfolio companies
