Your current role

You will lead the end to end implementation and optimisation of Asset Management capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on delivering IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules, enhancing Discovery, and uplifting the CMDB aligned to CSDM standards.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules
Solid hands-on experience with: ServiceNow Discovery
CMDB design, population, and optimisation
CSDM framework uplift
Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
