Table Bussing &
Clearing:
Transparent dirty dishes, wipe down tables, and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests.
Cleanliness &
Safety:
Maintain clean, dry floors in the dining/service area and remove trash regularly to adhere to health regulations.
Supporting FOH Staff: Assist with food and drink running to ensure high-quality, efficient service.
Stocking: Keep service stations, cupboards, and bar areas fully stocked with clean equipment.
Required Skills &
Abilities
Capacity to work quickly in a rapid-paced, noisy, and high-pressure environment.
Solid understanding of health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Job Availability: Weekdays (Monday, tuesday, wednesday) and Weekends (Sunday)
