Executive Assistant | EA to Founder | $110–120K | Inner Melbourne
This isn’t your standard EA role where you’re just managing a diary and booking meetings.
You’ll be supporting the founder of a fast-growing business operating across healthcare and infection control working with hospitals, aged care, and commercial clients.
The company is scaling quickly, and this role sits right at the centre of it.
The founder is high-energy, ideas-led, and moves fast. You’ll be their right hand keeping things running smoothly, filtering noise, and making sure the important stuff actually gets done.
What you’ll be doing:
End-to-end diary + inbox management (proper gatekeeping, not just scheduling)
Coordinating travel, meetings, and constantly shifting priorities
Acting as a sounding board and helping manage the founder’s time effectively
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Supporting on ad hoc projects as the business grows
What they’re looking for:
Robust EA experience supporting senior leaders or founders
Proactive, switched-on, and able to think ahead
Organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing competing priorities
Someone personable this is a close working relationship, not a transactional one
The setting:
Genuinely adaptable, no micromanagement, and a founder who values having someone he can trust to just get on with it.
It’s not a “sit back and wait” kind of EA role but if you like being involved, having impact, and working closely with a founder, it’s a excellent one.
