As part of a broader digital transformation strategy, a newly created chance has become available for a Technology & AI Trainer to support the successful adoption and ongoing use of innovative technology solutions across the business.

Working closely with operational and technology leaders, you will play a key role in helping employees confidently embrace new technology and AI-enabled ways of working.

You will:
Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
Facilitate workshops, lunch-and-learns and onboarding programs.
Support the rollout and adoption of AI-powered tools.
Develop training guides, learning resources and user documentation.
Provide one-on-one coaching and technology support.
Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion best practice technology adoption across the organisation.
