About the Opportunity

As a Finance Graduate,you’llplay a hands‑on role in delivering insights that support key business decisions across RACV.You’llgain experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning, while collaborating with stakeholders to supportreal businessinitiatives. Working in a supportive team setting,you’llbuild your technical capability and developstrong communicationskills.This role will be working between both our CBD and Noble Park offices.





Throughout the program, you will:
Contribute to financial planning and reporting initiatives that support data‑informed business decisions
Develop meaningful business insights by analysing data,identifyingtrends, and providing recommendations
Build andmaintainreports and dashboards to support stakeholders across the business
Assistin the delivery of change and continuous improvement projects, contributing toreal businessoutcomes
Support governance and control processes to ensure effective, compliant operations
