Summary: We’re hiring a compassionate and experienced Support Worker for a female client located in Lurnea. This is a casual role with ongoing shifts and potential for additional hours as recent clients are onboarded.
: The successful applicant must have experience supporting clients with complex needs and personality disorders. You will provide person-centred care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living while maintaining a calm, skilled, and supportive approach.
Qualifications:
Previous disability support experience preferred
Understanding of mental health, complex needs, and personality disorders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
Experience with complex behaviours and personality disorders
