Overview

We are growing quick and looking for a agile Finance Analyst to help manage and maintain relevant financials and commercial leasing arrangements across the organisation.

This role is responsible for supporting the Management Accounting team through the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial information to facilitate effective business decision-making. The role includes completing month-end close activities, preparing and reviewing profit and loss statements, analysing variances against budget and forecast, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and investigating reconciling items.

The Finance

Analyst partners with stakeholders across the business to communicate financial insights, improve financial performance, and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting while maintaining strong attention to detail and organisational skills consistently.

Role Purpose




To work as part of the Management Accounting team to achieve the completion of an accurate and timely month-end close to assist key stakeholders with decision making.
To analyse monthly results and partner with various stakeholders across the business to identify favourable and unfavourable variances against forecast and advise stakeholders on areas for improvement.
Responsible for the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, including investigation of material reconciling items

Responsibilities
Prepare and finalise monthly profit and loss (P&L;) statements for venues
Analysis of monthly venue profit and loss statements
Review and analyse labour costs and operating expense accruals
