Hedge & tree trimming;
Mowing, edging & whipper snipping;
Control weeds and pests through the application of herbicides;
Raking and blowing leaves, pruning and disposing of dying vegetation;
Planting, mulching, and maintaining flowers and shrubs, including watering and maintenance of irrigation systems;
Oversee the outdoor presentation of all facilities, including BBQ & pool maintenance;
Launching and parking recreational boats for resident use;
Ensure all mechanical equipment and tools are kept in positive working order
Requirements
A "C" class open driver's licence (essential);
Current maritime boating licence (essential);
Relevant gardening experience in a similar role;
Qualification in Cert III Horticulture or equivalent is advantageous;
ACDC chemical licence is advantageous;
Ability to use equipment such as push mower, ride-on mower, hedge trimmer, whipper snipper and blower;
Possess the physical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending, lifting and carrying;
Initiative & the ability to work with limited supervision.
