We're growing quick and we need someone sharp, switched-on and ridiculously organised to be our Director's right hand and keep the whole operation ticking.

This isn't a "wait to be told what to do" kind of job. You'll get proper training - at least a week working side by side with our current superstar before she heads off - and then we hand you the keys. Real trust, real responsibility, from day one.

What you'll actually be doing
Running the Director's inbox and daily priorities like an absolute weapon
Scheduling jobs across Perth using ServiceM8




Putting together quotes for our commercial clients
Owning our socials (LinkedIn especially) and keeping our Google profile fresh
Editing short-form video content from drone and job site footage
Chasing loose ends before they become someone else's problem
Looking after our top clients with actual curiosity and care, especially when something's gone sideways
Documenting and improving how we do things as we grow
Using AI tools to work faster and smarter - we're big on this

Who we're looking for
You finish what you start - half-done doesn't sit right with you
You'll hold people accountable, including yourself
You say what needs saying, no beating around the bush
You can make a call on your own and know when something's big enough to bring to us
You genuinely give a damn about the outcome, not just getting through the list

The details
Full-time, Mon-Fri, based at our O'Connor warehouse
$33-$38/hr depending on experience
Start date: 21th August 2026 - timing matters, we want you in for a proper handover
