About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in fostering a fair, respectful, and high-performing workplace by providing expert advice and managing complex employee relations matters.

You’ll partner closely with leaders to manage risk, ensure compliance, and support positive workplace outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Support leaders in navigating complex people issues and building ER capability
Play a key role in enterprise bargaining negotiations
Interpret and apply employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and company policies
Develop and implement ER strategies that promote a positive employee experience
Identify trends and risks across ER cases and recommend proactive solutions
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of policies, frameworks, and tools

About You
Proven experience in an Employee Relation or Industrial Relations




Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks
Experienced in managing complex ER cases and workplace investigations
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Highly resilient with excellent judgement and decision-making ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with ambiguity
