About the Role
As a Voice Picker, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently using voice-directed technology. You'll work within a busy warehouse environment, helping to keep products moving safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately using a voice-picking.
Pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
Operate electric pallet jacks (where required and trained).
Ensure products are handled safely to minimise damage.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Conduct quality checks on picked orders.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse or voice-picking experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Ability to perform repetitive manual handling and work on your feet for extended periods.
Reliable with a positive attitude and robust work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet performance targets.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
Must be able to pass literacy and numeracy
