Respect Coates is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in a part time role (24 hours per week), with three 8 hour days and negotiable schedules. The role focuses on keeping buildings, equipment and grounds secure and well maintained for residents and staff.
You'll work closely with the General Manager to coordinate maintenance programs, manage contractors, maintain asset records and support safety and compliance across the facility.
