About the Role

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Project Delivery to lead our Project Management function and provide strategic oversight of our growing portfolio of clinical trials.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this critical leadership role is responsible for the successful delivery of all clinical projects from pre-award through to final study completion. You will lead a team of Project Directors and Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, on budget,



and in compliance with all regulatory requirements, while fostering a culture of operational excellence, client satisfaction, accountability, and continuous improvement.

As Head of Project Delivery, you will:
Provide strategic leadership and end-to-end oversight of Accelagen’s clinical project portfolio, ensuring studies are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Directors and Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Drive operational excellence through effective project governance, resource planning, risk management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue delivery, profitability analysis, and management of project-related risks.
