About the role

Develop and own the personal brand content strategy forVulyPlay and Vuly Play’s CEO & Founder, Joe Andon. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Chief Digital Marketing Officer,you’lllead content production end-to-end - from strategy through to publishing - across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This is a standalone senior role with full creative ownership and direct Founder access daily.

Develop and own both Vuly's and the CEO's personal brand content strategy across all key platforms

Produce and direct video, written, and visual content from concept to publish





Grow audience following and engagement; pursue podcast and media prospects

Collaborate with the CDMO to align content withVuly’sbrand values and voice

Monitor performance metrics and report insights directly to the CEO and CDMO

Key Experience

5+ years in content creation, social media, or personal brand strategy

Proventrack recordof audience growth on LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube

Hands-on video production and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro,CapCut, or equivalent)

Exceptional written communication — ability to capture andmaintaina distinctive voice

Experienceoperatingin close proximity tosenior leadership with discretion and initiative
