Working within a cooperative Project Management team, you will oversee the planning, design and delivery of civil infrastructure from concept through to completion. Working closely with Development Managers, consultants and contractors, you will ensure projects are delivered within time, cost and quality milestones.
Managing the delivery of civil infrastructure, enabling works and external works packages.
Coordinating design consultants, contractors, servicing authorities and key project stakeholders.
Managing procurement activities including tendering, contractor engagement and contract administration.
Monitoring programme, budget, quality and construction progress throughout delivery.
Preparing project reporting and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
About You
This role will suit an experienced Civil Engineer or Project Manager with experience delivering civil infrastructure within a consulting, contracting or client-side workplace.
You will also demonstrate:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
High-level technical capability across civil infrastructure projects.
Strong consultant and contractor management skills.
Exposure to procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Solid commercial judgement and a proactive approach to problem solving.
