Who Are We?

We are Foxes Den, a growing Australian food manufacturing business producing high-quality ready-to-eat meals soups and salads for retailers such as Coles, Woolworths, IGAs and Harris Farms. Our focus is on delivering great food through robust processes, passionate people, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced food leader to join our team, take ownership of production performance, develop our people, and play an important role in supporting our continued growth.

About the Role

As our Production Manager, you will lead the daily production of our products, ensuring we deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for:
Leading and developing the production team.
Managing daily production priorities, workflow, and labour allocation.
Driving efficiency, process improvement, and waste reduction.
Maintaining HACCP, food safety, and quality standards.
Supporting a solid culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

About You





You are an experienced food production leader with:
Experience managing teams within food manufacturing, central kitchens, catering, or high-volume food production.
Strong people leadership and communication skills.
A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
Experience managing production processes, labour, and quality standards.
Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety requirements.
Commercial Cookery qualification and Food Safety Supervisor certification highly regarded.
