The Role
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded professional to join us as a Leadership & Business Development Consultant.
This is a remote, independent contractor engagement suited to individuals who value autonomy, take ownership of outcomes, and are motivated by performance and impact.
You will operate in the leadership and career development space, combining business development with meaningful conversations that support individuals exploring their own growth and direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Implementing skilled business development activities using approved digital channels
Managing and responding to enquiries from prospective clients
Conducting structured discovery conversations to understand individual goals
Presenting leadership and career development programmes clearly and accurately
Building and maintaining robust,
trust-based relationships
Managing your own schedule, activity levels and performance outcomes
Participating in ongoing training, mentoring and development
Who This Suits

You are likely to:
Have a minimum of 3–5 years’ qualified experience
Be confident communicating with professionals at all levels
Think commercially and take responsibility for results
Be comfortable working independently with a high level of self-direction
Value flexibility, autonomy and performance-based outcomes
Be open to operating outside traditional corporate structures
