Responsibilities:

Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high-quality care and education.
Support children with additional needs,



adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.
Maintain accurate records of children’s development and learning.

Qualifications:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience working in early childhood education settings
Experience building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Experience working with children with additional needs
Ability to engage and motivate young children
Positive and inclusive attitude
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent.
