Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an operationally and customer-focused Client Relationship Managerto join our Sydney Customer Services department based at Horsley Park, NSW.

This role will primarily involve:
Managing a set portfolio of clients
Regular customer contact via telephone, web and face to face
Internal and external reporting
Increasing and growing client potential
Working with all internal stakeholders and vendors
Providing logistical solutions for freight movements





The successful applicant will have:
Experience in a similar account management position or customer services background in a freight forwarding / logistics organization
Intermediate Microsoft office skills, particularly excel, outlook and word
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Be honest and reliable
Be well presented
