MUFG Pension & Market Services is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their day-to-day needs are delivered seamlessly.

We're looking for someone with proven experience managing client relationships in a qualified services or B2B environment. Financial services experience is welcome but not essential—we're more interested in your ability to build trusted relationships, communicate effectively and deliver an outstanding client experience. We'll provide the training and support to help you build your knowledge of our products, services and industry.

About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients, developing strong working relationships and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.





Working closely with our dividend, AGM and operational teams, you'll coordinate client activities, manage competing priorities and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time. This is a wide-ranging role that combines relationship management, project coordination and client service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping multiple activities on track.
