An prospect exists for an experienced Credit Control Officer to join and support operations across Australia and Current Zealand. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of credit management, collections, rebate administration and customer account support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage aged debtors, collections and bad debt reporting.
Process credit applications, conduct trade reference checks and maintain credit limits.
Review customer accounts and approve order releases.
Maintain rebate and royalty agreements within SAP.
Prepare monthly rebate calculations, reporting and reconciliations.
Process rebate credit notes, claims and journal entries.
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders regarding account, rebate and credit-related enquiries.

About You




Previous experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Credit Management.
Strong collections and customer account management skills.
Experience managing credit applications and credit limits.
Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
ERP experience, with SAP highly regarded.
Ideal candidate would be able to start immediately or maximum 2 weeks notice.
