The Role

The studio is built and the story is real – we need a person who can capture and package it. This is a hands‑on content production role for filming, editing, and publishing compelling video for Instagram, YouTube, and a podcast.

What You’ll Do

Filming & Production
Film high‑quality video across the podcast studio, locations, live events and day‑to‑day business activity
Capture real, unscripted moments with Tom and Tactical Tradie clients in the field
Run the podcast end to end – from studio set‑up and recording to published episode
Travel to live events, intensives and client activities throughout the year to capture content on‑site
Manage camera,



audio and lighting to meet a high quality bar

Editing & Content Packaging
Edit reels, YouTube videos, shorts and full podcast episodes
Turn a single shoot into multiple pieces of content across platforms
Write solid hooks, captions, titles and thumbnails that actually perform
Use AI tools to speed up editing, repurposing and production workflow
Understand what makes content perform on each platform and optimise accordingly

Platform Growth
Build and grow Instagram as the primary platform, with YouTube and podcast alongside it
Stay current with trends, editing styles and formats and bring ideas constantly
Research what is performing for founders and business content creators and apply it

Working with Tom
Keep Tom accountable to showing up, brief him and organise him for shoots
Write copy, captions
