Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programs
Lead, support, and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and experiences
Plan and implement engaging, play-based programs aligned with children’s interests.
Build solid relationships with children, families, and the school community.
Maintain a secure, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Requirements of the Role
Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.




Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
Previous childcare service management experience.
Child Protection training is required for this role.
Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
