Founded in 1956 by a group of local fishermen, The Blue Fin Fishing Club is the largest fishing club in Australia, with over 7,500 members. Today, the nationally recognised social club provides its members a relaxing and cosy setting for having a positive time with families and friends.
Our facilities include a Bistro, Bar, Café, gaming room, kids’ playground plus function and training rooms. Our club is located in Inala, 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD, 30 minutes from Ipswich and 1 hour from the Gold Coast.
About the Role
As our Casual Courtesy Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting Members and Guests while representing the Blue Fin Fishing Club in a qualified and friendly manner. As a visible face of the Club, you will contribute to a positive member experience through your presentation, approachability, and customer service, along with (but not limited to) the following duties;
Picking up and dropping off customers to and from the club.
Maintaining the courtesy bus compliance documentation.
Ensuring the bus is always clean and tidy.
A “can do” attitude.
Other general duties as required
About You We seek a candidate who possess the following criteria:
A driver’s license
A driving record free from infringements
Ability to deliver consistent superior customer service
Excellent communication skills
To be punctual and reliable
Additional General Maintenance skills will be seen as an advantage
Required Qualifications
Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)
