13d ago , from Australian Regional and Remote Community Services ARRCS An exciting prospect has come available to join ARRCS as our Accounts Payable Officer. This position is being offered to commence in August and run for a 6-month a maximum term contract working full time hours of 38 / week, Monday – Friday. This role is offered on a salary of $38.40 - $41.90 / hour gross dependent on skills and experience plus salary packaging options.

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible in ensuring that all invoices and payments are properly approved, processed and monies owed to ARRCS vendors / consumers are paid in accordance to policy. You will also be responsible for accurate account keeping, arching and documenting of all payments and invoices.

As the successful candidate,



you will ideally show evidence of prior experience in finance operations with preference to Accounts Payable. You will have previous knowledge of management of debtors and have used financial software with preference to Epicor. You will be able to commit to full-time hours and be comfortable on providing advice and solutions to account queries.
