The Prospect
Reporting to the General Manager, your key focus will be to provide support to the accounts team on a day-to-day basis. This role is primary focused on Accounts Payable and Trade Compliance.
Main duties and responsibilities
Accounts Payable (Primary)
Data entry of supplier invoices and reconciliation of statements
Escalate dispute/issue resolution as required.
Incoming phone calls and emails to assist with accounts enquiries.
Subcontractor onboarding support.
Subcontractor compliance reviews.
Liaise with staff, suppliers and other delegated persons acting on behalf of the insurer with utmost respect and courtesy.
Assisting with a range of financial and administrative duties.
About you
2+ years' experience in a similar role.
