The Prospect
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction projects across Perth Metro and FIFO/DIDO locations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead site teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate civil and earthworks projects
Manage labour, plant, materials, and equipment
Monitor project schedules, safety, quality, and compliance
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Resolve on-site issues and maintain project progress
About You
Previous experience supervising civil construction or earthworks projects
Experience working on MRWA, PTA, Western Power, or Local Government projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Statutory Supervisor Certificate (S26) desirable
First Aid/CPR and plant tickets advantageous
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance
