They make sure teams deliver the Magic difference and champion our customer journey by supervising operations and ensuring things run smoothly. This role is all about driving a fun and energetic environment with quality and precision to consistently deliver pride in our customers’ rides!
Qualities, skills & experience we‘re looking for
Prior operations experience including doing rosters etc.
Worked in a car wash environment before either as a team leader or detailer (not essential)
Prior experience leading and coordinating teams of 10+ people
Manages on the frontline by working shoulder-to-shoulder with team
Fantastic trainer – sets people up for success
Trains by demonstrating and doing instead of just telling
Positive at numbers and analysis
Solid coach/mentor
Amazing communicator – clear and gives constructive feedback regularly
Great at following process and delivering the Magic standard
Creates a fun, energetic team workplace by inspiring and recognising the team for their achievements and efforts
