Title: SAP Tester

Location: Melbourne

Permanent Role.

Job Description
Lead end-to-end SAP testing efforts across modules, including Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Quality Management, and Logistics.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define test strategy, scope, and objectives aligned with business goals.
Design and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP implementations and enhancements.
Ensure test coverage across integration points between SAP modules and external systems.
Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking using tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders and ensure sign-off.
Manage test settings, data setup, and refresh cycles in collaboration with BASIS and functional teams.
Provide leadership and mentoring to test analysts and offshore teams.




Ensure compliance with retail industry standards and best practices in SAP testing.
Work closely with SAP functional consultants to validate business process flows and configurations.
Monitor and report testing progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
Support cutover and post-go-live testing activities to ensure system stability.
Participate in change management and impact analysis for SAP releases.
Ensure automation opportunities are identified and leveraged where applicable.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base for testing processes and lessons learned.
